You probably could have guessed that our dental coverage is top tier for supported doctors and teams, but we extend that coverage to family members as well. FINANCIAL

For supported doctors, our guaranteed base salary, monthly earning and quarterly bonus compensation model allows for a competitive, steady income. Though we might not beat the competition initially in this area, those willing to grow with our company will see the return. Through our partnership with CollegeAmerica and company 401(k), we’re ready to help you plan for the future. We take care of our people, so they can take care of theirs.

COMMUNITY

Our supported doctors and teams use their skills beyond scheduled patients. Through initiatives like Free Dentistry Day and My Free Smile, supported teams across the country are giving back to the communities they serve. Even at our Home Office in Effingham, IL, support teams are made up of generous, do gooders willing to go the extra mile or put in the extra time to help their neighbors.

BALANCE

We don’t believe work comes first. Our passion for dentistry and growing the industry is only outshone by our passion for our family and friends. We believe holidays and vacations should be spent with loved ones.

That’s why we observe 6 holidays annually and all supported doctors and team members are eligible for two weeks’ vacation right off the bat.
