With more than 1,000 dental offices supported across 37 states, over 10,000 team members and over 1,600 supported doctors in our support, Heartland Dental has a proven track record of growth and success. We’re looking for professional individuals who are open, positive and mentally flexible to join our network of support.

To give you an idea of the team structure, you will work on a team with Campus Recruiters, and Campus Supervisor(s), reporting to the Campus Manager for Hygiene Recruiting.

Below is an overview of the duties and responsibilities you would take on in this role:

  • Execute the administrative support and operational elements of the campus recruiting strategy under the direction of the campus recruiting manager such as…

  • Coordinate and attend campus ran recruiting events. This will include, but is not limited to vendor/career fairs, lunch and learns, social events, campus interviews, and other programming.
  • Maintaining data hygiene in both iCIMS (ATS) and Yello (CRM) as well as pulling regular reports from both systems
  • Execute all candidate follow up messages post-event for Doctor and Hygiene campus ran events
  • Manage marketing material collateral needs – this includes monitoring inventory, placing team orders, and shipping swag to both Doctor and Hygiene campus events
  • Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed

Minimum Requirements:

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree
  • A minimum of 1 – 2 years’ work experience in a corporate environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proficient use of Microsoft Office

  • Requires the ability to work with multiple teams in different locations
  • Must be able to adapt to a changing work environment and priorities to accommodate business needs.
  • Attention to detail is a requirement as this role is very logistics heavy, managing multiple projects for multiple people at the same time with varying deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks
  • High level of maturity, personal initiative, and sound judgment
  • Ability to travel as needed, typical travel will be one trip a month

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in HR, recruiting or related discipline preferred
  • Preferred experience with information/applicant tracking or recruiting databases (iCIMS/Yello
