Casady Square Orthodontics, a Heartland Dental Supported Practice, and a "Growing Patient-Focused Doctor Office" is looking for a Full-Time Marketing Office Assistant to join our team

and help grow our patient base through strategic marketing and networking efforts.

The Marketing Office Assistant will play a crucial role in promoting our practice within the community. This self-starter will be responsible for networking with referring dental offices, identifying sponsorship opportunities, managing our social media presence, and handling various office shopping needs. The ideal candidate is trustworthy, high-energy, motivated, and possesses a positive attitude.

Supporting our front office as a Marketing Office Assistant, you’ll be surrounded by camaraderie and partnership - where patients come first, and continuous learning is encouraged!  Hard-working and motivated, the successful candidate will bring a passion for helping our team provide the best patient care to the communities they serve.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Networking and Relationship Building:
• Visit and maintain relationships with referring dental offices to promote our services.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase patient referrals from dental offices.
• Attend community events and network to build brand awareness and attract new patients.
2. Event Coordination:
• Identify local events and opportunities for the office to sponsor or participate in.
• Coordinate and manage the logistics for office-sponsored events.
3. Social Media Management:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our online presence.
• Create and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).
• Monitor and respond to social media interactions and inquiries.
4. Office Shopping:
• Handle purchasing needs for the office, including supplies, promotional materials, and event-related items.
• Ensure that all purchases are within budget and meet the quality standards of the practice.
5. Reporting and Analysis:
• Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Provide regular updates and feedback to the office manager and doctor.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED
• 1 year of Marketing & Social Media work experience
• The position will have access to minimum PHI necessary for performing job-related functions; regular HIPAA training, aligning with the specific role and responsibilities, will be required; and the individual will need to protect PHI and maintain data safeguards.
• Experience working in a fast-paced and customer-centric environment
• Team player
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills

• Sense of urgency
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Microsoft Office Suite experience

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties of the position
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
• Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person) periodically throughout the year
• As part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy environment for both team members and patients, a tuberculosis (TB) test is required for all new hires in dental office positions. This is a standard requirement for dental office roles and must be completed prior to starting employment. The test will be arranged during the pre-employment process, and any necessary guidance or paperwork will be provided. Not applicable in state of FL & TN.
