About This Office

Dental Hygienist – Full-Time or Part-Time Opportunity

Location: Silver Creek Dental Care
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8 hours per day
Position Type: Full-Time (4 days/week) or Part-Time (2–3 days/week -

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday)
Experience Level: Open to New Graduates and Experienced Hygienists

Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive dental hygiene care, including prophylaxis, scaling, root planing, and patient education.
  • Perform oral health assessments and communicate findings to patients and the dental team.
  • Utilize advanced technology such as iTero, Videa AI, and Curodont (experience preferred but not required).
  • Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
  • Collaborate with dentists and team members to ensure a seamless patient experience.
  • Educate patients on preventive care and oral health best practices.

Qualifications

  • Active Dental Hygiene license in Tennesee. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a team-focused, results-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with iTero, Videa AI, and Curodont is a plus (training available).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to delivering high-quality care.
  • Open to new graduates and experienced professionals.

Qualifications:

  • Current dental hygienist license
  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
  • CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

  • Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
  • Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients’ dental health
  • Clinical needs as required by office
