Junction Dental Care is hiring for a Dental Hygienist to join our team! 

 

Schedule

  • Monday 7:45am-5pm
  • Tuesday 8:45am-6pm
  • Wednesday 9:00am-5pm
  • Thursday 6:45am-4pm

60min recare, 90min new patient appointment!

SRP appointments are 60-90 minutes, flexible on hygienist need! 

 

Bi-weekly, hourly pay + ability to opt into Daily Pay to receive paycheck as earned. 

 

Ability to earn daily + quartlery bonuses!

 

We have arestin, iTero, velscope + CE coverage available! 

 

Full time is a minimum of 30HRS to receive full benefits package to include health insurance Paid Holidays, 401k, Dental, Vision, Wellness Benefits + More! 

 

Requirements

  • Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of Illinois

  • CPR Certification
  • Open to New Graduates and Experienced Hygienists!

  • Ability to educate and engage patients in oral health care

  • Proficiency in performing scaling, root planing, and periodontal maintenance

  • Strong knowledge of infection control and sterilization protocols

  • Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems a plus

  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
  • CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

  • Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
  • Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients’ dental health
  • Clinical needs as required by office
  • Completion of Tuberculosis (TB) testing prior to starting employment
