AA Dental Care is looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our fun, welcoming team! 

 

Schedule

  • Monday 7:30am-5:00pm
  • Tuesday 7:30am-3:00pm
  • Wednesday 7:30am-5:00pm
  • Thursday 7:30am-5:00pm

Consistent Patient Schedule:

  • Average approx. 7 patients a day
  • 60min recare, 90min new patient appointment!
  • SRP appointments are 60-90 minutes, flexible on hygienist need! 

Bi-weekly, hourly pay + ability to opt into Daily Pay to receive paycheck as earned. 

 

Ability to earn daily + quarterly bonuses!

About AA Dental Care

AA Dental Care is unique to the community and the patients they serve. With the support of a practice manager, a highly trained team on site, coupled with a vast network of experts across the nation, you’ll be completely connected to all the resources and support of Heartland Dental. 

  • Join a 8-person team that thrives on collaboration, communication and community!
  • 8 operatory practice, hosting 2 hygienists and 1 doctor during the week.
  • We are located on South 48th Street between State Street and Main Street. 1.5 blocks south of 48th and Broadway.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Passionate about patient care and oral health education.
  • Engaging and friendly, making patients feel comfortable and cared for.
  • Experience with Dentrix software is a plus.
  • A team player who contributes to our positive and nurturing work environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Provide top-tier dental hygiene treatments and oral health assessments.
  • Educate patients on preventive care and oral hygiene best practices.
  • Collaborate with our amazing dental team to ensure top-notch patient experiences.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program.
  • Open to new graduate or experienced hygienist! 
  • A valid dental hygienist license in Illinois (or eligibility to obtain one).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting patient relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Current dental hygienist license
  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
  • CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

  • Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
  • Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients’ dental health
  • Clinical needs as required by office
  • Completion of Tuberculosis (TB) testing prior to starting employment
