As a clinical provider and patient advocate, you’ll be given all the resources you need to provide exceptional care, while expanding your clinical skillset. You’ll work in an environment that encourages full clinical autonomy, backed by the ability to tap into a hygiene mentor program.

About This Office

 

Riverside Crossing Dental Care is a welcoming, family-oriented practice dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a positive and supportive environment. Our team of nine friendly and collaborative professionals takes pride in creating a happy, healthy workplace where each team member feels valued and empowered to grow.

We are open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, offering a consistent schedule that promotes work-life balance. Our office culture is rooted in teamwork, respect, and a shared commitment to excellent patient experiences. We truly believe in treating our patients—and each other—like family.

Riverside Crossing Dental Care is open to both new graduates and experienced hygienists. We enjoy mentoring and supporting new clinicians as they build confidence and develop their skills, while also appreciating the knowledge and leadership experienced team members bring.

Qualifications:

  • Current dental hygienist license
  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
  • CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

  • Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
  • Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients’ dental health
  • Clinical needs as required by office
  • Completion of Tuberculosis (TB) testing prior to starting employment
