As a clinical provider and patient advocate, you’ll be given all the resources you need to provide exceptional care, while expanding your clinical skillset. You’ll work in an environment that encourages full clinical autonomy, backed by the ability to tap into a hygiene mentor program.

About This Office

Dental Care at Cedar Crossing is a brand new and beautiful practice that opened just a few months ago in Louisville, KY. Our office is dedicated to providing top-notch dental care with a focus on growth and continuous improvement. Led by our two skilled doctors, we pride ourselves on fostering a supportive and collaborative environment with a new and dynamic team. Transparency with feedback is at the heart of our practice, ensuring that we continuously evolve to meet the needs of our patients and staff.

 

Schedule:

  • Monday - Thursday: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Occasional Friday/Saturday for training

What We're Looking For: We are seeking a full-time Dental Hygienist who is:

  • Flexible: Adaptable to changing schedules and willing to attend occasional training on Fridays and Saturdays.
  • Hard-Working: Dedicated to providing high-quality dental care and maintaining a productive work environment.
  • Eager: Enthusiastic about learning and growing within the practice.
  • Friendly and Kind: Able to create a welcoming and comfortable experience for our patients.
  • Team Player: Committed to working collaboratively with our team to ensure the best patient care.

Qualifications:

  • Open to new graduates, but preference will be given to candidates with experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

  • Current dental hygienist license and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)
  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
  • CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

  • Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
  • Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients’ dental health
  • Clinical needs as required by office
