Full-Time Dental Hygienist Position
$5,000 Signing Bonus!
Location: Fusion Dental - Eldersburg, Eldersburg, MD
Schedule: Monday and Wednesday 8-5. Tuesday and Thursday 7-4
Fusion Dental - Eldersburg is seeking an experienced Dental Hygienist to join our team on a full-time basis. If you are a compassionate and skilled hygienist with 4+ years of experience and are comfortable working with patients of all ages, we’d love to meet you!

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality dental hygiene care, including comprehensive cleanings, periodontal therapy, and preventive care for patients of all ages.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and answer any questions regarding their oral health.
- Accurately document patient records, charting, and treatment recommendations.
- Assist in identifying and managing periodontal conditions, and work with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean, safe, and sterile working environment.
Requirements
- Active Dental Hygienist license in Maryland.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a dental hygienist.
- Proven ability to work effectively with patients of all ages, from young children to older adults.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient education.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage time effectively.
- CPR certification is preferred.
Qualifications
- Experience in periodontal therapy and patient education.
- A collaborative and team-focused attitude, with a strong commitment to providing excellent patient care.
- Familiarity with dental software and digital charting (experience with Dentrix is a plus).
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to the needs of a growing practice.
