Dental Hygienist – Watergrass Dental Care

We are excited to announce a full-time opportunity for a Dental Hygienist at our brand new practice, Watergrass Dental Care, opening in May 2025. As a two-doctor office, we are seeking a motivated, team-oriented individual who is passionate about helping our practice succeed. This is a wonderful opportunity to be part of a growing practice in a beautiful, modern setting!
Responsibilities:
- Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and polishing for patients.
- Take and develop digital x-rays.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits.
- Record and update patient medical histories and treatment plans.
- Work closely with the doctors and team to provide comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Ensure a comfortable and welcoming environment for patients.
- Assist in office duties as needed, such as sterilization and maintaining cleanliness.
Qualifications:
- Dental Hygienist license in the state of Florida.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and patient care.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Flexibility to adjust to an evolving schedule, including one opening and one closing shift per week.
- Experience with digital radiography and intraoral scanning preferred.
- A positive attitude and a passion for patient care.

Schedule:
The schedule will be 4 days a week, with flexibility required. The ideal candidate must be open to working one opening shift and one closing shift per week. Specific days and hours will be discussed as we approach the opening of the practice, but we are looking for someone who is adaptable.
