We are seeking a flexible, outgoing, and team-oriented dental hygienist who is passionate about patient education and preventive care. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy building lasting relationships with patients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality preventive dental care and patient education
  • Perform dental hygiene procedures including scaling, polishing, and radiographs
  • Collaborate with dentists and team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
  • Promote oral health and wellness through education and personalized care

Requirements

  • Active Wisconsin Dental Hygiene License
  • CPR Certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for educating patients and promoting oral health
  • Flexibility with scheduling and a positive attitude

Qualifications:

  • Current dental hygienist license
  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
  • CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

  • Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
  • Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients’ dental health
  • Clinical needs as required by office
  • Completion of Tuberculosis (TB) testing prior to starting employment
