Heartland Dental is looking for an independent and ambitious individual to be responsible for managing activities which will drive impact within the Heartland Dental Foundation, supporting the liaisons between Heartland Dental leadership and the Heartland Dental Foundation, the Heartland Dental Foundation Advisory Board, and the Southern Illinois Community Foundation (SICF – provides leadership and oversight over the Heartland Dental Foundation Funds).

  • Work with SteerCo/Advisory Board/PR Team to issue press releases in relation to Fundraising activities
  • Partner with the Advisory Board/SteerCo to cultivate and engage external donors within the community/organization
  • Drive Subcommittee action and provide input, thought partnership; including communication cadence and collateral both internally (distribute via communication channels and company events) and externally (donors, sponsors) promoting the Foundation and thanking contributors
  • Monitor the external environment (best practices from other charitable organizations)
  • Develop/distribute Foundation Board packs and monthly financials
