Conversion Integration Specialist

Are you someone who can help support the nation’s largest Dental Service Organization and the offices we serve?  We are seeking an individual with a positive attitude who seeks opportunities and stimulates change.  

 

The Conversion Integration Specialist will provide training and support to affiliated Heartland Dental offices as they convert to company standard software (Dentrix) as well as supporting the company systems and partnership/support of operations management team.  

 

Heartland Dental is the nation's largest dental support organization, providing non-clinical administrative support services to more than 3,000 supported doctors across 39 states and the District of Columbia in over 1,800 dental offices. Each Heartland Dental support office is unique to the community and the patients they serve. Supported doctors are the leaders of their practice and retain clinical autonomy. To give you an idea of the team structure, you will work with IT field technicians and with Dental teams reporting to the Client Services Manager.

Below is an overview of the duties and responsibilities you would take on in this role:

  • Responsible for ensuring all training equipment and materials are onsite as needed and set-up
  • Evaluate current software and prepare office for conversion training
  • Successfully present converstion training within departmental guidelines, ensuring that the training material is consistent and updated to meet Heartland formats
  • Able to adjust and adapt according to doctor and team learning needs
  • High-level partnership with Field Operations teams in supporting Heartland systems approved before conversion and maintaining current office protocols
  • Escalate issues through appropriate processes as directed by the Conversion Leadership team
  • Complete and ensure accuracy of all conversion data and processes, including detailed recap to Field Operations team and Conversion Leadership team
  • Clear and effective communication between offices/operations to support timely and effectively before, during, and post conversion
  • Consistent format, guidelines, and forms for all conversion process
  • Have a high-level partnership with all Support Office and field technicians supporting through the conversion process.
  • Support of an ROI/metric system to record success of offices after conversion
  • CANI on the presentation of the training and partnering with Field Operations teams to support the business and clinical education to ensure consistent message
  • Works closely with Field Operations teams and employees to improve working relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention while in offices
  • Utilization of Bell leadership when working with other regions/offices during support of conversions promoting professionalism that represents the company well
  • Schedule travel and adhere to the company’s travel and expense policy expectations

Minimum Requirements

  • 90% weekly overnight travel, 43 weeks, subject to change as needed
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in a managerial capacity, with strong leadership qualities and the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Ability to demonstrate proactive decision-making skills in the field during conversion processes
  • General understanding of Heartland Dental systems
  • High level of professionalism with all interactions of our support teams including Field Operations
  • Robust computer skills, including experience with Microsoft products
  • Extensive knowledge of Dentrix and understanding how to navigate the software
  • Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize multi tasks
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Develop changes to content based on survey feedback as needed
  • Committed and dependable - attendance and punctuality are high priority
  • Strong ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented work environment

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of other Practice Management Softwares

  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times .
