Position Summary:
Front Desk Receptionist, Administration Team
Job Summary: The primary function of the front desk receptionist will be to greet incoming guests and answer incoming calls to filter to the appropriate dept. or team member.
To give you an idea of the team structure, you will work on a team with other administrative assistants and provide support where needed within the functions of the Admin team scope, reporting to the Manager of Administration.
Below is an overview of the duties and responsibilities you would take on in this role:
Assist the Admin Department with a wide variety of matters relating to greeting guests and answering incoming calls to Heartland, while providing administrative support where needed.
Minimum Requirements:
Practical knowledge basic phone system.
Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks while providing exceptional customer service
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to answer telephone calls and communicate information to callers
Ability to interact with co-workers in a collegial manner to accomplish common tasks
High level of maturity, personal initiative, and sound judgment
Attendance and punctuality are essential
Ability to multi task and juggle several things at once
Other projects as assigned
Desirable Qualifications:
Phone and computer system experience
Experience in assisting with customer service
Experience working in fast paced environment
